Over 60 students travelled to Scotland for our annual trip at the end of October!
We started off in Edinburgh where we stayed at a youth hostel in the city centre.
After a good nights sleep our group was ready to experience the city of Edinburgh. After seeing all the sights in daylight our leaders had arranged a different type of tour for the evening: A spooky, scary (and highly entertaining) ghost tour through Edinburgh’s murky past, with the (deceased) tour guide Adam Lyle as our guide.
After an entertaining evening and a good nights sleep, it was time to move north for the next stage of our trip, a coach tour of the Scottish Highlands.
Travelling through spectacular Highland landscapes we spent the next couple of days exploring Scottish castles, visiting a whisky distillery, trying to spot Nessie, and experiencing a gondola ride up the Nevis Mountain Range, before finishing our tour back in Edinburgh.
Thanks to all our students who took part, and made it an amazing trip – we look forward to seeing you in Dublin for our next trip!
