We have decided that this week will be our Staff Appreciation Week, and there is a lot to appreciate. Our InterStudies team is made up of competent, driven and compassionate individuals, who each contribute to the overall success of the company. At the core of our success are our employees. It is that simple. It could not be done without you.

During the pandemic we have faced unprecedented challenges and pulled together as a team as never before. Even before remote working became compulsory, we were spread out over several countries with many of us working from home, and a good thing that has come of the situation is the emphasis on linking up, which has led us to be closer as a team. Together we will hold on to that enhanced team spirit and build on it for the future.

This week is Staff Appreciation Week and many thanks are due to our incredible team. InterStudies’ success is a direct result of your efforts. I hope you know how valuable and important you are to InterStudies, our mission and our future.
We have navigated successfully through extreme situations and managed to grow in a pandemic. We have, particularly in Ireland, managed to achieve better student feedback than ever before, despite the challenging times and a season totally out of the ordinary. At this time, we are experiencing one of our busiest placing seasons ever, and I have no doubt that each and every student will be placed in the best possible way due to your amazing work.

I would like to thank each of you, not just this week, but every week and every day, for your contribution and dedication to InterStudies and our students, our host families, our programmes and overall quality in what we do. Not to mention simply being there for each other during tough times and busy periods.

All in all, our staff is an amazing group of people, and we are lucky to have each and every one of you as part of the InterStudies family.
